About The Event
Join the Washington Recovery Alliance and King County Recovery Coalition for Recovery In Action, a community pre-event leading into the annual King County Behavioral Health Legislative Forum.
From 4:30 to 6:00 PM, connect with people in recovery, family members, peers, behavioral health providers, community organizations, and leaders from across King County. Explore local resources, build relationships, and celebrate the strength, leadership, and visibility of recovery in our communities.
At 6:00 PM, the King County Behavioral Health Legislative Forum begins. This annual event brings together the mental health and substance use recovery communities, state and local lawmakers, behavioral health providers, and King County leaders for an evening of conversation and learning. Attendees will hear powerful recovery stories, learn about behavioral health priorities, and participate in conversations about the needs and hopes of King County communities.
