Welcome to the latest edition of Recovery & YOU!—your go-to source for updates, upcoming events, and community highlights.

This weekend, Ichiro Suzuki, one of the greatest to ever play the game, is being inducted into the MLB Hall of Fame. Ichiro inspired an entire generation of fans with his iconic swing, unmatched discipline, and humble determination. He redefined greatness in baseball and proved what’s possible when you show up every day with purpose. Just like Ichiro’s journey, recovery takes strength, consistency, and heart.
51 days from today, our recovery community unites at T-Mobile Park for Recovery Day at the Mariners.
Come #Root4Recovery with us!
This day is packed with wellness activities, recovery celebration, and meaningful connection. And of course, we want you to be a part of it!
Call for Volunteers + Wellness Providers!
This year’s theme is WELLNESS, and we’re calling on our community to help make the day extra special.
We’re looking for volunteers to offer their time, energy, and talents. Whether you’re a DJ for our Recovery Rally, a face painter, a balloon artist, a holistic or spiritual healer, or someone who simply loves helping out. From arts & crafts to activity stations, there are so many ways to get involved! Volunteers help in short shifts and receive a complimentary ticket to the game as our way of saying thanks. Bring your skills, your friends, and your love for recovery!
🎪 Help us kick off the day at the Recovery Services Fair from 9:00–10:00 AM and be part of a healing, joyful celebration that sets the tone for the rest of the day.
